Reporting to the Manager of Nursing Practice and Education, the Clinical Educator is a professional role model and resource person for nursing staff and other members of the health care team. The Clinical Educator supports the development of policies and procedures and quality improvement work that promote interprofessional, patient-family-centred care and evidence-based practice.
