Job scope

• Take responsibility for the welfare and safety of residents by ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are carried out.
• Review residents periodically to assess their progress and to ensure that high quality care has been provided and to ascertain needs for additional care / services.
• Plan, organize, implement, supervise, and evaluate nursing care and services are provided.
• Provide reassurance to residents and family members and attend to their enquiries promptly.
• Ensure that residents'/ client’s complaints are handled expeditiously, and corrective or preventive actions taken effectively and comply with protocol.
