Join Outlook & District Health Centre as a full-time Nurse B, contributing to essential resident care and assessments. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing and dedication to patient support.
As a part of the Continuing Care Team, you'll engage with management to facilitate the Resident Assessment Instrument/Minimum Data Set processes. The position includes extended shifts over the week, amounting to 448 hours in a 12-week rotation. Candidates must hold a relevant nursing degree or diploma and a Basic Life Support Certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with management on continuous care
• Document and assess resident health data
• Deliver nursing interventions based on assessments
• Participate in training and development sessions
• Uphold high-quality care standards
Requirements:
• Valid Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan
