You will begin your employment as a Caregiver for a period of at least 3 months in a full-time or part-time role. Following this initial phase, you will become eligible to participate in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for the state certification exam. The program includes five weeks of paid clinical and classroom instruction conducted during the daylight shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.), Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, trainees will report to their assigned home site, with hours varying as needed. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into either a full-time or p...
