NPI Product Development Engineer – Wafer-Level Packaging

SILICON BOX seeks an Engineer for Product Development located in Singapore. This role involves the development and transfer of new products into production, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing process capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science or related fields and at least three years of experience in product development or NPI activities specific to Wafer-level Fanout or LCD production lines.
