NPI Engineer - Electronics Manufacturing / East / 5 days [SAS]

• To lead and manage end-to-end NPI processes within the plant
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure seamless product and packaging introduction
• Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) to support for assembly process
• Maintain and update data in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP system
• Understand and support of Server & Rack assembly process
• Contribute to packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies
• Drive or participate in continuous improvement initiatives Kaizen activities
• Provide on-the-ground support during production ramp-up
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits
