Responsibilities Lead and drive all
New Product Introduction (NPI)
activities within the plant, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass production. Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory to manage product introduction activities, including packaging requirements. Create, review, and modify
Bill of Materials (BOM)
structures for assembly processes. Maintain and support
Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems
and
SAP processes
to ensure accurate production tracking and documentation. Apply in-depth knowledge of
server and rack assembly processes
to support product development and production readiness. Lead or participate in
rack packaging design
, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer standards. Drive
process improvement initiatives
