Npi Coordinator

**Goal(s) of this position**:
- Support the Sales, Operations and Quality departments in the introduction of new product builds.
- Work within the parameters of the QM system to help Variosystems achieve quality efforts and company-specific and general growth objectives.
- Efficient release from NPI to volume production.
- Support the production line in solving process problems related with NPI Launch.
**Tasks and **Responsibilities**:
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of NPI projects, manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, own project schedules/delivery targets
- Ensures all documentation required to fulfil compliance and quality requirements with quality control and assurance. Supports the risk management with stakeholders and helps to mitigate the risks
