Skill set Plastic part NPD, CATIA, Parametric Design, Tooling Analysis Domain knowledge • Hands on experience in Catia V5 (Part/surface/drawing). • Design skills based on Tooling Directions / Draft analysis. • Surface analysis based on Tooling, Preparing markups, Communicating with Onsite. • Sound knowledge in packaging study and master section creation. • Design and development of EDS Wiring Brackets / Shields or Interior/ Exterior Trims from concept to final design as per the design requirements within the timeline. • Participating in design review meetings and provide solutions. • Knowledge in benchmarking and cost reduction. • Identification and resolution of design related issues during development till release. • Knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly processes of Interiors. • Design product to cost targets. • Knowledge in Team Center and Vis mockup. • Demonstrate good customer and cross functional relationships. • Problem solving skills (8D / 6-sigma) • Ability to...
