NPD Manager - Fragrances

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to drive fragrance development and innovation across multiple brands and categories.
• Evaluate and guide fragrance creation through expert sensory assessment, ensuring alignment with brand identity, consumer preference, and product positioning.
• Act as a bridge between consumer expectations, business objectives, and the technical capabilities of perfumers and formulation teams.
• Conduct technical evaluation of fragrance samples, providing recommendations on stability-tested formulations, reformulations, and product reworks.
• Build deep expertise in raw materials, fragrance ingredients, olfactory families, and emerging market and consumer trends.
• Continuously benchmark new creations and market products through fragrance evaluation, sensory analysis, and structured fragrance profiling.
