Nonprofit BDR | Outbound Pipeline Builder

MatchGrant is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outreach, build smart lead lists, and set qualified meetings for the sales team. You’ll run outbound sequences using Apollo, Clay, and Lemlist, and you’ll shape campaigns that convert prospects into opportunities.

This role is fully remote, offers collaboration with a growing startup, and provides a clear path to move into an AE position as you learn our product, stories, and ICP.
