Position Purpose To deliver high-quality non-technical training that develops dealer staff capability, supports certification, and improves business performance. 2. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Facilitate learning programs aligned to business needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance
- Provide feedback and coaching to learners
- Support development and updating of training content
