Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
