Job Description

At ING we are looking for a Non‑Financial Risk Specialist to join our Non‑Financial Risk Team of ING Spain. The specialist reports to the Head of NFR and plays a key role in transforming ING into a Digital Bank, ensuring operational risk remains within the bank’s risk appetite through a risk‑based approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted NFR advisor to IT and Business management.
• Support, challenge and monitor NFR risk management processes and quality.
• Participate in and challenge risk assessments on key strategic projects and programs.
• Support Business and IT management on issue identification, risk rating assessment, action definition and follow‑up until issue solving.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance and roll‑out of the NFR Frameworks, Policies, Minimum Standards and Procedures.
