Non-Financial Risk Specialist (Álava)

Job Description

ING is looking for a Non‑Financial Risk Specialist to join our Non‑Financial Risk Team in Spain. In this role you will hierarchically report to the Head of NFR and support the transformation of ING into a Digital Bank through end‑to‑end straight through processing.

Your role and work environment

Non‑Financial Risk Management applies sound risk‑management principles to ensure operational risk stays within the bank’s risk appetite and that the control environment remains acceptable. The NFR team oversees NFR policies, best practices, and advises risk/control owners on the effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation. The team monitors and reports ING Spain’s adherence to the NFR risk appetite and produces a quarterly NFR dashboard.
