Non-Contentious Construction Legal Director
Location : Manchester
Salary : £80,000 to £110,000 plus bonus
Experience : 8+ years’ PQE

You’ll take a leading role in transactional delivery, client relationship development and team growth, with clear scope to contribute to wider practice development.
The Opportunity
This role suits someone who enjoys running complex matters, building trusted client relationships and supporting the development of junior lawyers.
- Lead on complex, high-value non-contentious construction matters
- Draft and negotiate a broad range of construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements
