Non-clinical Project Leader

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

1. Non-clinical project leader and biologics TOX/PK/IND expert responsibility.
2. Manage, direct and lead pre-clinical projects in a team environment; Work with clients to proactively identify the right non-clinical strategy based on their unique program and help clients to design right studies, smartly coordinate the studies to move forward efficiently.
3. Work closely with BD to support non-clinical contracts signed based on strong TOX/PK/IND background and communication skills.
4. Monitor closely the progress of projects, coordinate with sponsors and internal experts to design appropriate studies to meet regulatory requirements, ultimately to meet the project needs; Stay on the top of project with continues scientific and technical support; Proactively identify potential issues and provide the constructive expert input.
