What is the role?

The NOC Tier 1 Analyst ensures all faults are managed within SLA’s and manages customer expectations through regular updates. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management and organisation, and the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks are essential.

Key Accountabilities

• Fault logging and ticket management, ensuring customers receive regular, time‑bound updates.
• Answering phone calls from customers, engineers and stakeholders at all levels.
