NOC IT Support Engineer L1 - 24/7 Ops, Dubai

VaporVM is looking for an IT Support Engineer L1 to join our 24/7 operations team in Dubai. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and networks to ensure high availability and performance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or Computer Science, with over 3 years of experience in IT Operations, including hands-on experience with network devices and monitoring tools. A Cisco CCNA certification is preferred.
