Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a NOC Engineer III on behalf of a regionally based telecom carrier client to serve as a senior technical leader within the Network Operations Center. This individual will act as the primary escalation point, providing 24/7 support for complex network issues across voice, data, and transport environments. The role is highly hands-on, requiring advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve critical incidents impacting network performance. This engineer will also play a key role in training and mentoring NOC staff, helping elevate overall team capability and response effectiveness.
In addition to operational support, the NOC Engineer III will contribute to cross-functional projects, representing the NOC in architectural discussions and network planning initiatives.
