Job Summary
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to meet quality and presentation standards. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service and ensure compliance with food safety practices.

Main Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, marinating and portioning according to recipes and production needs.
- Cook menu items on grills, stovetops, ovens and other kitchen equipment while monitoring temperatures and cooking times.
- Follow standardized recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment and storage areas; follow sanitation and hygiene procedures.
- Receive and inspect deliveries, rotate stock, track inventory levels and minimize food waste.
