• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging or radiation therapy procedures, explaining procedures and screening for contraindications.
• Operate and adjust imaging and therapeutic equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images or deliver prescribed radiation treatments.
• Select and set technical parameters, monitor image quality, and perform image post-processing and documentation.
• Implement and maintain radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy practices; monitor radiation dose and exposures.
