• Process and track purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier confirmations.
• Monitor inventory levels, set reorder points, and initiate replenishment actions.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to expedite deliveries and resolve order issues.
• Maintain and update inventory records and generate regular inventory and procurement reports.
• Analyze usage patterns and assist with forecasting demand to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
