Nightshift Team Leader, Secondary Butchery

Silver Fern Farms Hastings site is seeking a Team Leader for the Secondary Butchery, working nightshift from 3pm to 12:30am, 45 hours per week. You will lead a team of three team leaders and oversee about 90 production staff with support from a Department Team Leader.

You will drive performance, safety, and teamwork while ensuring clear communication of expectations and alignment to departmental targets. This role focuses on leadership, continuous improvement and delivering high standards.
