Night Supervisor

Night Supervisor provides exceptional, person-centered care to residents while leading by example for other Resident Assistants. Acting as a mentor and resource, the Night Supervisor ensures the community consistently delivers the Red Carpet Treatment in accordance with individualized service and care plans. This position functions under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator and may require performing hands-on care. Certification as a CNA is preferred but not required.

Essential Functions:

• Lead by example, modeling care expectations and mentoring new and existing Resident Assistants.
• Supervise staff, including those administering medications, and participate in new hire orientation and on boarding.
• Provide personal care assistance per Individual Service Plans (ISP), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and medication reminders.
