Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor—welcoming customers, supporting play on our machines, serving snacks and drinks, and helping create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin.

• Welcome, support and engage customers so every visit feels enjoyable and seamless.
• Keep the venue clean, safe and well‑presented; manage busy periods and ensure standards are kept at all times.
• Help customers get started on gaming machines, troubleshoot basic issues and promote responsible play.
• Follow all health & safety, licensing, and safer gambling procedures; confidently engage with customers and challenge where necessary.
