Night Shift Team Leader LS10

Baker Recruitment Group are pleased to be working alongside our client based in LS10. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join this busy operation.

Shift:

4 on 4 off

6.00pm - 06.00am
Pay rate: £15.43ph

Operations Management:

• To take responsibility for the shift and managing the warehouse operation in the absence of the Shift Manager whilst being an active hands-on member of the team

.• Responsible for meeting KPIs regarding cost, dock waste and delivery

.• To communicate effectively with the Transport Operations Team to ensure all vehicles leave on time.

• To lead by example.

• To ensure all administrative tasks for the warehouse operation are completed where appropriate.

Warehouse:

• To ensure orders are picked accurately.

• To ensure goods-in are receipted in accordance with policy.
