RepairDesk is seeking a Customer Support Executive (T1 Technician) to act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via chat, calls, and emails. You will diagnose basic issues, escalate more complex problems, and ensure prompt, clear communication to maintain satisfaction.
Shift Time: 7 pm to 4 am (Pakistan Time). Onsite (Monday to Friday) at Location: Jeff Heights, Gulberg III (Lahore).
