Night Shift Chef

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated night shift chefs with the following:

- Hot Kitchen - must be capable of working across all sections
- Grilling
- Pastry and desserts

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work night shift, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment 
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

RESONSIBILITIES:

- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals according to company standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas ensuring food is prepared and served on time
- Assisting with stock control and minimizing waste
