Night-Shift BPO Customer Care Associate — SLA & Escalations

NTT DATA North America is looking for individuals in Manila who can handle both routine and complex client issues. Responsibilities include processing transactions to meet service level agreements and developing plans for project milestones.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong organizational skills.

This role requires working night shifts from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am PST, with potential overtime on weekends.
