Night Production Supervisor

Position Overview Production Supervisors are an integral part of Burlington's management team. They are responsible for directing all manufacturing activities of the shift to include safety, quality, production, efficiencies and employee relations in a manner that meets the operation's production goal and customer commitments. Facilitating strong communications and good teamwork are key elements of the position, as well as ensuring that all policies & procedures are applied consistently and achieve plant standards in the areas of safety, production, quality, waste and cost. Burlington is currently looking to bring on new Production Supervisors for our night shift which typically works 5 pm to 3 am. Primary Responsibilities Direct the daily tasks of each operator, service and technician within the department in accordance with scheduled production goals.
