Night Manager

Objective of the role: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift and ensure exceptional guest service standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills with prior experience in the hospitality industry. Only hospitality candidates are preferred. Only Mumbai candidates are preferred Role & responsibilities: Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift and ensure smooth functioning of departments. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, complaints, and special requests professionally. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
