Night Manager

The Night Manager is responsible for providing the night team leadership that delivers exceptional customer experience in a safe and secure hotel environment.

• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
• Allocate night team tasks fairly and monitor standards of completed tasks
• Ensure hotel Lobby is manned at all times, guests are acknowledged and greeted with the smile and eye contact
• Work closely with Risk and Compliance team to assist in ensuring health and safety of the team members and guests of the hotel
• Ensure that all Night team members are fully trained in Fire Evacuation procedures
• Coordinate and manage the evacuations of the hotel with the assistance with the Security Team
