What You’ll Be Doing

In this Supervisory role you will be working 40 hours a week and will be responsible for the overall co‑ordination of all overnight operations within the hotel ensuring that the required standards are achieved at all times. Shifts are 5 days from 7 and the hours are 10.00pm - 6.30am (this includes weekends and bank holidays).

You will be undertaking the night audit and completing associated duties and reports on a nightly basis, assisting with late arrivals or early departures, helping guests with requests or enquiries, monitoring hotel security, providing room service and drinks ...
