Night Fill Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Lead, support, and motivate the Night Fill team to achieve daily targets
• Ensure shelves are well‑stocked and presented to a high standard
• Coordinate workload and delegate tasks across the team
• Work hands‑on in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 20kg)
• Take ownership of the department overnight and maintain excellent presentation
