Concierge at The Soho Hotel. As a Night Concierge, your primary responsibility
will be to manage the concierge desk during the night shift, ensuring our
guests receive unparalleled service in the absence of the daytime team.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assisting guests with their luggage.
• Responding to and fulfilling guest requests efficiently.
• Handling check-ins and check-outs seamlessly.
