Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly hotel audit procedures
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain accurate records of room availability
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
