NICE CXone Transformation Lead — Remote

Condado is hiring a client-facing NICE CXone specialist to own implementation and managed-service engagements. This role is not hands-on coding; you will run discovery, translate needs, and manage offshore teams to deliver on time while keeping the client confident throughout.

You’ll be the trusted face, determining if NICE can meet requirements, and will identify upsell opportunities while coordinating with platform engineers and architects.
