NSO Lead/Manager (Mexico) Location: Mexico City (with travel as needed within Mexico) About the Role We're seeking a high-performing leader to serve as the NSO Lead for new studio openings in Mexico.
This role is responsible for leading the successful launch and early-stage performance of new studios, ensuring strong operational execution and team readiness from day one.
This is a high-impact leadership role for individuals who consistently deliver results and can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The NSO Lead will execute the full opening lifecycle, build local team capability, and ensure studios are successfully launched and stabilized before transitioning ownership to local leadership.
