New Model Parts Quality Supplier Representative

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead supplier part development and tooling readiness throughout the new model lifecycle

+ Track supplier progress, identify risks, and resolve delays impacting production timelines

+ Review and manage quality documentation (QANs), ensuring compliance and driving corrective actions

+ Perform part inspections using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)

+ Identify quality issues and implement effective countermeasures

+ Lead New Model Reviews (NMRs) to confirm all parts are production-ready

+ Provide regular updates, analysis, and recommendations to leadership on quality status and risks

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Assembly, and Supplier teams

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

+ 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
