About the Position:
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling new residential homes
- Tour visitors through show homes and spec homes
- Meet community and personal sales targets laid out
- Attend all sales meetings for information, direction, continuous improvement of sales strategies and sales team mentorship
- Ensure the company cell phone is answered between 9am and 9pm Monday‑Sunday
- Ensure the sales center is opened and operational for all hours as laid out by Bedrock Homes
