New Enrolments Specialist

Skills Group is looking for two New Enrolments Specialists to join our Learner Services team based at our East Tāmaki campus.

As one of the first points of contact for our learners, you'll play a key role in creating a positive enrolment experience. Working closely with learners and internal teams, you'll guide people through the enrolment process, manage learner information across multiple systems, and ensure every enrolment is processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to solve problems will help learners get off to the best possible start on their training journey.
