New Business Manager | City of London | Flexible Workspace Provider | £40,000 - £42,500
We’re working with a fast-growing operator in the flexible workspace sector, known for design-led environments, strong member communities, and a premium hospitality-driven approach to workspaces.
This is a high-impact New Business / Sales Manager role focused on driving occupancy, revenue growth, and pipeline conversion across a portfolio of premium workspaces.
You’ll own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and broker engagement through to negotiation, deal closure, and seamless handover to operations. This is a commercially focused role where relationship-building, market awareness, and closing ability are critical.
