New-Build Property Sales Consultant

BySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Benalmádena/Mijas (Málaga) area. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include: Handling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies. Coordinating and conducting property viewings and face-to-face meetings. Proactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process. Negotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts. Preparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer. Developing and presenting marketing proposals. Managing all administrative tasks related to the sales process. Requirements A dynamic and proactive professional with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of working independently.
