Main duties of the job The post holder will attend training inhouse and external and acquire the skills and experience to work flexibly across all areas of the Neuromodulation service. Support the patient throughout the ECT or TMS care and treatment pathway from assessment to treatment and monitoring. Ensuring that referrals are discussed at the MDT meetings and the patient is support in the most appropriate treatment pathway. Ensure the practice in the ECT and TMS services meets the accepted quality and safety standards in accordance with national and local guidelines. Understanding the ECTAS accreditation standards, and provide a consistent approach to care and treatment for all referred patients. To ensure safe clinical practice takes place and is maintained to Care Quality Commission standards at all times and is in line with the NHS Constitution.
