Burnaby Hospital neurology group is looking for a general neurologist to join as a long‑term locum. Subspecialty training or fellowship is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

The neurology group is a 10‑member team providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care. The selected neurologist will:

• Participate in the neuro‑hospitalist roster, providing one evening of coverage per week or less and occasional weekend calls.
• Collaborate with colleagues for cross‑call coverage during vacations.
• Offer acute stroke care and general neurology services.
• Engage in academic pursuits, teaching, research, quality improvement, and leadership development as desired.

Qualifications

• Interest in practicing general neurology and hospital neurology.
• Strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Three letters of reference.
