Job Overview
Network Support Specialist (NOC)/specialist reseau The Network Support Specialist (NOC)/specialist reseau is responsible for all aspects of telecom/technical support for our clients customers. This includes all aspects of support functions which includes a combination of field maintenance/customer support and activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of NOC related experience
- Experience working in the telecom industry is preferred
Specific Competencies
- Must possess a high level of customer service skills
- Must be fluent in both French and English
- CCNA/CCNP certification is an asset
- Proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines
Technical Skills
- Troubleshoot and identify customer LAN issues, including WIFI configuration
- Configure and troubleshoot customer facing Cisco network infrastructure
