Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality IT technical professional services including consulting and troubleshooting
- Resolve network issues and elevate when appropriate
- Manage and maintain ticket quality and project status
- Provide customer service via phone, video, and email
- Perform occasional on-site visits to nearby customers
- Participate in process improvement and documentation initiatives
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Network Engineer
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and access points
- Working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, and QoS
- Strong background with Cisco (ASA and Meraki), Fortinet, and Sonic Wall
- Cisco CCNA certification
