The Network Support Engineer – L3 will act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for premium network environment. This role is responsible for handling complex network incidents, problem management, firewall governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across a mission‑critical enterprise network.
Key Responsibilities Lead resolution of L3 network incidents and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Design, review, and implement complex network and firewall changes Act as SME for: Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless, and SD‑WAN technologies Cisco and Fortinet (Forti Gate) firewall platforms Perform advanced firewall troubleshooting including: Policy optimization NAT, VPN, and traffic flow analysis Utilize Solar Winds and Cisco DNA Center for proactive monitoring and network assurance Drive problem management and preventive initiatives to improve network stability Maint...Ready to Apply?
