Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
Acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, troubleshooting support and problem resolution for corporate customers
Perform network maintenance, change, monitoring, diagnostic and system upgrades.
Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
Manage network security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
Prepare technical documentation, e.g. network diagram, technical procedure & project workflow documents
Requirements
Diploma or above in Information Technology/Computing/Computer Science<...
